My superpowers are orchestrating seamless end-to-end experiences that deliver transformation through deep listening and harmonizing needs.
Leading with expert-level operations excellence, I rally cross-functional teams to turn around at-risk accounts and launch innovative services that profoundly satisfy. Through pragmatic dialogue, I practice deep listening, seeking to fully understand each client’s unique needs and expectations and become their trusted advisor – eliminating obstacles and enabling flawless interactions.
The result is harmony between customers and organizations. I obsess over the smallest details and connect every dot because I fundamentally enjoy bringing people together to create memorable moments rooted in understanding.
When I’m not collaborating with clients, you’ll find me coaching Little League, designing a fantasy golf course, or spending time with family.
